Celebrity Foods On Lucky Food

Celebrity Foods wonders if "lucky food" really exists.

Some people think you're supposed to eat certain types of food on New Year's Eve to have good luck in the new year.

Some people eat ham or pork because the story goes that pigs usually are well fed and plump, signifying well off.

Some people say NOT to eat fowl (turkey, goose, or chicken) because fowl scratch the ground to look for food, signifying "scratching for a living."

In Greece, a cake is made with a coin in it. The person who gets the slice with the coin in it is considered lucky.

Celebrity Foods Truth

To Readers Who Want The Truth

I was previously a Sales Representative at Celebrity Prime Foods.

During the 5 years that I worked at Celebrity Prime Foods I saw approximately 2000 customers. Because of our intense, thorough and ongoing product and sales training it was ingrained in each employee’s head how to properly handle each customer and to make sure each customer was treated with the utmost care. This would be with respect, integrity and honesty while providing a beneficial service to them as a family. Each customer was given the same detailed sales presentation about our service, our paperwork which included personal menus, meal planning, budgets, discount programs and contracts including alternative ways to pay for the service. Each form was gone through one by one with the customer in complete detail. It was imperative to our company and to us as sales representatives that our customers were completely informed on how every aspect of the service works, from the initial appointment to the paperwork, discount programs, customer service policies to delivery and re-orders! Celebrity Prime Foods (which was what the company was called before it was shortened to Celebrity Foods) even calls every customer BEFORE delivery to make double sure they still want the service. Again, these are all imperative details to the success of Celebrity Prime Foods as their livelihood depends on happy, repeat customers. It is beyond credibility that anyone protest that they did not understand the sales presentation or the paperwork entailed in ordering the service after becoming a customer.

Now, that’s not to say that there were never any unhappy customers. No matter what kind of company is out there, there is bound to be those unhappy customers no matter what you do. Again, speaking from experience, I was also a re-order specialist during my time of employment at Celebrity Prime. I not only saw all of our happy customers that were eager to place a new order, but at times I also saw customers who were totally happy customers. Celebrity Prime takes such pride in their company and their level of customer service that they also have specified training on their policies of how to make almost any situation right. As with any successful company, Celebrity understands that word of mouth is the most powerful tool available. It is Celebrity’s goal to make sure that not only the happy customers remain happy, but the once unhappy customers are now happier than ever. It is no surprise that the majority of Celebrity’s business comes from referrals of family and friends.

I would recommend Celebrity Prime Foods as not only a service to future customers, but also a great opportunity for employment with a respectable company!

I have recently read some unfavorable “information” about this company and I was personally offended and appalled at the unfounded accusations. That is why I took the time to write this. I currently own a successful real estate lending company and have nothing to gain or lose by writing this. You now have some true facts about Celebrity Foods not just hot air with an agenda.

If any readers would like to find out about loans to purchase or refinance real estate in the western Washington area, I would like to help you. Please contact me at

Thank you for spending your time to read this!

Sincerely,
Spencer Gear

My Opinion of Celebrity Foods

My Opinion of Celebrity Foods

To whom it may concern,

My name is Megan Kieffer, and I am a real estate agent with South Sound Homes. I have been an agent for over three years and I understand the importance of community partnerships. One partnership I am most proud of is with Celebrity Foods. A shop at home food service is something every homeowner deserves, and I am very happy to recommend Celebrity Foods to all of my clients. (You might be surprised at how many of them ALREADY are customers.) The superb quality of food, the convenience of having it delivered and the outstanding service make it easy for me to refer this service. When they call and thank me after their first order, it makes me look good too.

I started my sales career with Celebrity Foods several years ago. Not only is the service great, but the employees and management are outstanding as well. The people skills I learned as a sales rep working at Celebrity helped me to become very successful in my career in real estate. My reputation as a Realtor has been built on customer service and commitment to my clients. I would never recommend a company that didn’t share the same principles. Of course I still take Celebrity’s service myself. As a busy person who doesn’t have the time or the desire to spend hours grocery shopping and cooking, it really works for me. It is a good thing they cover a big territory because if I ever move I don’t want to be out of their delivery area.

Celebrity Foods is an excellent company. Everyone who wants fantastic quality food delivered to their home should try them. If you want to buy a home in the Pierce County area, I would like to try to help. Please feel free anytime about Celebrity Foods, or Real Estate, I am best reached at mkieffer@southsoundhomes.net.

Most sincerely,

Megan Kieffer

Celebrity Foods Chinese Dish

CHINESE BROCCOLI WITH SAUSAGE AND POLENTA

Chinese broccoli (gai lan) is always sold flowering, though its buds are usually still closed.

Active time: 25 min Start to finish: 45 min

Ingredients

2 lb Chinese broccoli, thick ends trimmed

For polenta
6 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups polenta (not instant) or yellow cornmeal
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan

For sausage and garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 lb hot Italian sausage, casings removed
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Cook broccoli:
Cut broccoli stems diagonally into 1-inch pieces and coarsely chop leaves. Cook stems in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, about4 minutes. Stir in leaves and cook 1 minute. Drain in a colander, then rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Do not squeeze out excess water.

Cook polenta:
Bring water with salt to a boil in a 3-quart heavy saucepan, then add polenta in a thin stream, whisking constantly. Cook over moderate heat, whisking, 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer polenta, covered, stirring for 1 minute after every 10 minutes of cooking, 45 minutes total. Stir in butter, cream, and cheese and remove from heat.

Sauté sausage and garlic while polenta cooks:
Heat oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, then sauté sausage, stirring and breaking up meat into large pieces with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a plate. Reduce heat to moderate, then cook garlic in skillet, stirring, until golden, about 2 minutes.

Add broccoli and cook, stirring and scraping up brown bits from bottom of skillet, 2 minutes. Return sausage to skillet and toss with greens, salt, and pepper. Serve over polenta.

Makes 6 servings. Link : http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/107739
